• Do not squeeze and scrapes acne: Pressing the pimples can make it exposed to infections and wounds can form in the infected area.

• Avoid sunburn: Protect your skin with sunscreen. Sunscreen must have SPF 30 or more. UV radiation from the sun can damage the skin, causing sun burn and skin cancer. 

You may need to use long-sleeved clothing, trousers, and hats to support protection.
• Consult your doctor about treatment methods: You can choose some medical treatments to treat acne effectively and quickly.
