2. Saccharin

5. Asesulfam potassium

According to BPOM's recommendation, you should not consume acesulfame-k more than 15 milligrams per kilogram of body weight. If you weigh 50 kilograms, avoid consuming more than 750 milligrams of artificial sweetener per day.
